A brief Introduction about the Author:
Dr. Naceur Jabnoun currently serves as senior consultant at the Sheikh Saqr Program for Government Excellence in the UAE. As an adviser for the Sharjah Economic Excellence Award, he developed a value-based excellence model. Dr. Jabnoun has written extensively on TQM and service quality. His most recent publications have been on knowledge management and quality of higher education. He holds Masters and PhD degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
